Sometimes it is good to just reflect a little bit and clarify your lifetime values.

Reflections on a lifetime of memorable experiences and personal values

This text is more personal and I want to use the opportunity to just say, thank you, if our paths have crossed during these last 25 years. It has been quite the journey to get here.

I have had a lifetime of memories working, living, and achieving success with thousands of different, incredible people. These experiences have been diverse, meaningful, and rewarding for me.?I want to travel to the edges of the world and share a daily cuddle with my pet. I believe in thinking positive and focusing on plan A only, doing it 100%. I want to live my life according to my values.

  • Strengthen my beliefs abroad. I value learning and growing, engaging with other cultures and perspectives, and being open to new ideas and experiences. I have made an effort to travel and immerse myself in different cultures in order to broaden my perspective and learn from others.
  • Live a good life. I desire to live a fulfilling, meaningful, and virtuous life. I am volunteering my time and resources to causes that are important to me, and working towards a long-term career goal that aligns with my values and passions.

My current personal values are the principles, beliefs, and goals that are most important to me and that guide my actions and decisions.

  • Eat the delicious food. I value the pleasure and enjoyment that comes from eating delicious food, and I want to live in a way that is aware of and enjoys the senses.
  • Walk in the sunshine. I value being outside, appreciating nature, and prioritizing my physical health and well-being.
  • Be silly. I value having fun, not taking myself too seriously, valuing playfulness and lightheartedness.
  • Jump in the ocean. I value adventure, excitement, and a connection to the natural world.

These professional values guide my actions and decisions and shape how I approach my professional relationships and goals.

  • Personal authenticity, which means that I value being genuine and true to myself. This means that I prioritize honesty, authenticity, and integrity in my actions and decisions. By being genuine and true to myself, I am able to be authentic and authentic in my interactions with others.
  • Team effort and working together with others as a Tribe, as I believe that we can achieve more together than we can individually. I believe in the power of teamwork and collaboration, and that I strive to work with others towards shared goals and objectives.?
  • Continuous learning and seeking out new experiences as a way of growing and developing as a person. I believe that life is an ongoing journey of learning and growth, and that we can all benefit from stepping outside of our comfort zones and trying new things.?
  • Health, both physical and mental, as a foundation for a fulfilling and meaningful life.?

Going forward, I plan to continue living my life in line with my values. Seeking out new experiences and challenges that allow me to grow and learn, being authentic and genuine in my interactions with others, working with others towards shared goals, and prioritizing my physical and mental health.
