Reflections

As I was working through this week and day; I realized that for many managers our employees are reflections of our own selves for better or worse. When you lead a team with truthfulness, your employees are usually truthful, if you lead your team with optimism, your employees typically reflect and exhibit optimism.

On the opposite side of that; if you lead with anger, you will have employees who are quick to anger, whether openly or covertly. if you lead in distrust, your employees will have no reason to trust you. We see reflections of ourselves in the people we lead. Make sure your reflection is one that you are proud of.
