Reflections and Announcements

Dear Creative Uprising Community,

Can you believe it? It's been a whole month since my last newsletter, and as I sit down to write to you, I can't help but reflect on the passing of October and the arrival of November. This season, with its shorter days and cooler temperatures in the northern hemisphere, encourages introspection and the pursuit of inner growth.

As the year draws to a close, I find myself looking back on both my personal journey and my role as a leadership and creativity coach. While I've maintained my daily practice of morning pages, which have become a daily therapeutic ritual, I've also embarked on soul-nourishing walks that connect me with both nature and profound ideas.

This year has been a journey of self-discovery and expansion. Although I didn't complete my book as intended, I've found great joy in growing our community. I rebranded from Ana Coaching to Creative Uprising to better align with my mission, and I'm delighted to report that our community has doubled in size in just one year. This expansion has taken me beyond borders, with clients now spread across the USA, Switzerland, Holland, Israel, Italy, France, Canada, and India. Every day is an opportunity to embrace diversity and adapt to unique contexts and experiences.

I've been humbled by the steady stream of referrals, which allow me to focus on what I do best – coaching – and spend less time on social media marketing. The daily grind can be demanding, but it's also a testament to the growth we're achieving. I'm always in awe of the miracle that is connecting with the right people, the ones who need my guidance.

In the midst of my bustling schedule, this month has been marked by sleepless nights. The cry of my child, who now explores the world on two tiny feet, often finds its way to my ears in the dark. In those quiet moments, I can't help but think of the wars plaguing our world. I pray for peace – not just in regions afflicted by terrorism and conflict, but also here, where divisions and polarizations are becoming increasingly common. Let's not forget that the world is far more complex than ideology alone.

In November's shadowy embrace, I hold my child's hand a little tighter, mindful of the privilege I have in experiencing abundance, joy, love, and freedom. Let's not take these blessings for granted.

Throughout the year, I've upheld the principle of generosity in my business – giving value to all of you. I've hosted free masterclasses, and I'm thrilled to announce that the next one is on "Building a Healthy Self-Esteem" (details below). If you have ideas for future masterclass themes, don't hesitate to share them with me. Many of our past themes have come from our incredible community.

I'm also excited to share that in the first three months of 2024, I'll be running a mastermind for creative leaders. This program will include group sessions and personalized coaching, and my commitment remains to make coaching accessible to those who can't afford 1:1 coaching or lack a sponsor.
