Reflections

Well what a year this has been! As we all get ready to sign off for the festive season I thought I would undo my neglect of linkedin this year and finally get around to writing a post, which to be fair is long overdue! Such a hectic year with little time for reflection but here goes. Stand out moment of the year had to be selling the business to beqom . Thank you to everyone there for such a great welcome. Particular thanks to Fabio Ronga Tanya Jansen and Stephan Pohl for helping with the transition and integration. It's never easy bringing two cultures and two ways of working together but somehow you all made it feel easy. Of course you don't sell a business without a trojan amount of work behind it and the two key players that took on an insane amount of excel, powerpoint and everything in between were the wonderful Clare Bonham and Stephen Fanning , forever grateful for all of your hard work. To the most generous of entrepeneurs Alan Coleman you will always be legendary. To the most fantastic team who've had a rollercoaster of a year, a massive thank you to everyone Our Tandem . Nobody does it better, as the song goes and it's never more true than for all of you. Thank you for taking this journey and changing plans, ways of working and all with such optimism, enthusiasm and support, you are the very best team a founder could hope for. A huge thank you to all of our customers. 100% renewal rate is our greatest validation and means that our partnership continues to grow and means as much to you as it does to us. You inspire us to continue to innovate, partner and grow with you. Thank you for all of your continued support. To our partners, friends, community and champions of Our Tandem, a huge thank you. Your continued support and cheerleading has meant everything to me along the way. Grateful for all of your support. So now time to put the founder hat away and start a new chapter with our new beqom family and a new role to come with it in the New Year, more of that later! Too many people supported us along the way to mention and too many people have helped us settle into our new working home. One word stands out for me this year and it's Grateful.
