In April 2022, the AC launched its new member platform ?ACconnect -?a place for support, learning and connection:

  • Community – an active, like-minded community for support, both personally and professionally.
  • Collaboration – a place to share your experiences, focus on key topics of interest and join group discussions.
  • Connection – a peer-to peer learning environment where you can share insights and resources and get feedback from a supportive community.

Connecting and Amplifying Voices Within the Coaching World

Katherine Tulpa and Alex Szabo , the co-founders of the Association for Coaching, joined Rob Lawrence in a podcast episode to share the passion, vision and innovation that created the Association for Coaching 20 years ago and continues to this day.

In 2020, the AC launched the AC Podcast and this year celebrated 100 episodes by sharing their journey in this episode . They are proud to produce informative content that challenges perspectives, teaches, inspires, and provides practical information.

Podcasts have become immensely popular with business leaders and individuals; it is an accessible learning tool that doesn’t demand extra time in your calendar.

In 2022, our conversations covered:

·??????Innovation and Technology in Coaching – examining the latest technology, its benefits, and challenges.

·??????Let’s Make Coaching Creative – a look at how creativity within coaching is having an impact.

·??????Make Time for Marketing – everything you need to know to market your coaching business.

·??????AC DACH Region – our first regional podcast production from the DACH region (Germany, Switzerland, and Austria). Watch out for more regional podcasts next year!

·??????The Conscience of Coaching – what role do coaches have in a world that leaps from crisis to crisis?

·??????AC@20: Impact, Community and Collaboration - hear from coaching legends and global contributors to the AC about the past, present, and future of coaching and the role the AC plays.?

Exciting Developments Within Digital Learning in 2023

This year our Digital Learning team have continued to create an array of different learning opportunities for coaches this year. It would be impossible to name them all in this newsletter, but we hope the image below gives you an idea of the variety and calibre of coaches and specialists who have created either webinar series, signature programmes, conversations with Masters, LinkedIn Lives or Live Coaching Demo’s.

Our Coaching Perspectives magazine enjoyed a year rich with insightful articles and discussions. Each quarterly edition is written by thought leaders, coaches, researchers, psychologists, specialists, and coach educators.?

January’s theme was Coaching Global Dimensions – sharing a rich diversity of global perspectives on different issues and potentials for coaches today.

April’s issue covered Coaching and Technology - examining the impact of technology on coaching, supervision, and clients’ increasingly digitally infused lives.

In July, Integrative Coaching explored how an integrative approach enriches the leadership and value we give as coaches.

In our final edition of 2022, October’s the theme was Health and Wellbeing – considering the elements that negatively or positively impact health and wellbeing and what the role of the coaching profession is in this space.

Published quarterly, Coaching Perspectives delivers informative and thought-provoking content, global in reach and mindset. The magazine offers practical guidance, new ideas, research, interviews, and features on a wide diversity of activities, organizations, and ventures pertinent to coaching and leadership.
