Reflections on 2022: finding balance in an uncertain world.

2022 is coming to a close, and it's hard to believe that it's been almost three years since the Covid-19 pandemic first swept across the globe.? ?

And, after three years in the new normal, it feels like a good time to reflect on how it has changed the way we live, work, and interact with each other.? ?

A new balance between the virtual and the physical ?

Back in 2020, the "New Normal" gave birth to a series of sweeping predictions. Offices were bound to become a thing of the past as companies would become "remote-first." The Metaverse was around the corner, and VR glasses would drastically expand the virtual realm while shutting down the physical world around us. ?

?As 2022 ends, the lessons feel more nuanced: we have realized the importance of maintaining a balance between virtual and in-person interactions. While everyone has become accustomed to meeting and working remotely, there is still something special about being able to travel and experience new places and cultures in person. We had several team meetings and events in December, and there's a level of fun, interaction, and serendipity that Teams or Zoom cannot create yet. ?

So, as we look forward to the coming year and beyond, we will continue to find ways to stay connected and be available for the kinds of face-to-face encounters that enrich our lives and help us grow.? ?

The need for personal balance? ? ?

As we reflect on 2022, it's hard to believe how fast the world has changed and how little time we have had to adapt to these changes. If the past twelve months have been a rollercoaster, they have also been a testament to our collective resilience. ?

The defining change of the past three years might be that it feels like there's just more chaos in our lives - and a thing learned is the need to stay balanced amid all the chaos.? ?

With so much going on, it's easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle, or the endless supply of headlines and tweets, and lose sight of our own well-being. That's why it's crucial to prioritize self-care and make time for relaxation and rejuvenation.? ?

Celebrating Team Successes and Accomplishments in 2022? ?

As we end another year, I cannot help but feel a sense of pride and accomplishment for all we have achieved as a team. Celebrating people's successes is something that I am truly passionate about, and this year has been no exception.?? ?

Throughout 2022, I have had the pleasure of watching the growth and learning of our team as they tackled complex challenges and embraced new projects and ideas. The results of their hard work have been excellent, and it fills me with joy to see the team grow and thrive.?? ?

In addition to this, we have welcomed several incredible new hires and promoted talented individuals across all Marketing functions. It has been a pleasure to support these individuals in their careers, and I look forward to continuing to do so in the future.? ?

One of the most significant changes this year was the shift in our marketing philosophy. Rather than focusing solely on lead generation, we have now turned our attention to qualified revenue contribution. This means rethinking how we can create interest, awareness, brand affinity, and customer relationships. The demand generation strategy we have implemented has been a great success, thanks in no small part to the efforts of our Marketing, SDRs, Sales, and Pre-sales teams.? ?

We will continue working as a team to achieve even greater goals. I am excited to see what the next year brings, and I am sure it will be just as successful as 2022 has been.? ?

Embracing Our Core Values for a Fulfilling Year? ?

As we prepare for another wonderful year, we must remember that our core values drive us and guide our actions. By aligning our goals with these values, we can ensure that we work towards a meaningful and fulfilling year.? ?

Rather than overwhelming ourselves with an extensive list of resolutions, taking small, steady steps toward our goals is better. Remember, life is a continuous journey, and it is okay to make mistakes or encounter setbacks. The important thing is to keep moving forward and continually strive to live a life that is true to our values. So, as we enter 2023, let's embrace our core values and work towards a year full of happiness, growth and purpose.?

to win this "race", learn to fail, together! the more we fail, the more we learn! let′s try humorous failure as a new CC? One thing is for sure, we will always experience something special, and laughing is healthy ?? Happy Hunting
