Reflections 2022 - Community Collaboration and Contribution

We will conclude the year 2022 with an event dedicated to community collaboration and contributions.

The executive team of every successful organization often takes a break to review how far it has come and celebrate its success with all stakeholders

Successful organizations follow the above strategy to ensure long-term sustainability and growth.

Former US Secretary of State Colin Powell once wrote: “There are no secrets to success: don’t waste time looking for them. Success is the result of perfection, hard work, learning from failure, loyalty to those for whom you work, and persistence.”

After working hard for the entire year 2022, where we strengthened our internal structure, continued to offer program & services, and extended our community outreach program, the team decided to take a break for a "Community Collaborations & Contributions event" to celebrate the year's end. In addition to newcomers, community partners, academic institutions, and the business community, the event was a huge success. Individuals and organizations participating in the event appreciated the work that BMG is doing to support immigrant and international students.

Reflections – 2022

After the year 2022 came to an end, we took some time to reflect on the "Significant Impact" we at BMG have made to the Newcomer and International Student Communities.

Support for the International Student Community at Sheridan

In order to assist the International Student Community in reaching their full potential in Canada, we have partnered with Sheridan to offer a five-module program.

"Employee Rights" and "Cultural Awareness" have already been delivered and the Sheridan student community has provided very encouraging feedback.

It is our mission to make a difference in the lives of international students. Germany Kent, an American author, wrote: “Kindness is universal. Sometimes being kind allows others to see the goodness in humanity through you. Always be kinder than necessary.”

A celebration of India's Republic Day.

In conjunction with Panorama India, BMG was invited to the India Republic Day celebration event.?Venu Gandreti and Dinesh Sharma represented BMG at the event. We had the opportunity to meet and interact with senior industry leaders such as the Mayor of Brampton, the Consulate General of India, the Chief of Peel Regional Police, and many others.

Canada’s Unemployment rate dips

Last but not least, the work of the BMG team has gained a lot of attention in the community, as many organizations have recently approached us for collaborations, which is in line with our vision statement.

A collaborative community of people, organizations, advocates, and businesses enables new immigrants and international students to thrive in Canada.
