Reflection and Renewal
Alison Cameron
I work with high-integrity leaders to shape future systems - co-creating the future with consideration for a thriving, diverse planet. 20+ years experience in leadership and transformation.
If you are like many of the people we work with, you might be finding it difficult to protect space for reflection.
Increasing distractions, challenges, disruptions and even opportunities can cause us to orient away from the inner life. And yet, it is this very orientation that can help us to best navigate in alignment with our highest purpose and values.
New Year can be a natural time to reflect on the experiences and learnings of the past year and prepare ourselves mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually for the year ahead.
Whether you celebrate New Year on January 1st or later in the year, most cultures and faiths focus New Year celebrations around rituals to deepen reflection, gratitude and intention setting and to support an experience of renewal.
A number of years ago I created a New Year reflection exercise for my clients.?They have found working through the exercise to be a valuable experience - to focus their intentions over the New Year period and as a compass for decision making throughout the year.
This year - I am sharing it more broadly.?You can download it?here.?
I trust that you find the guide helpful as?you plan for a year of flourishing and growth in 2022.
However and whenever you celebrate, I wish you a fulfilling and nourishing entry into the New Year.
