Reflection?

Reflection?

Here’s something I see a lot with fellow business owners.? Even myself.

We’re so busy doing the day to day – we don’t stop and reflect. Stick our heads above the parapet.? Wonder how we could do things better.

I acknowledge I’m often far too close to my own stuff.? I can immediately sort out client issues – see patterns and make recommendations to improve.

But I’m darned if I can consistently do it for myself.

It’s a case of the plumber with leaky taps.

Which is why I’m lucky to have Barbara be my sounding board, to keep me in check on the straight and narrow.? Asking the often difficult, confronting questions.

Who do you have?

Who do you trust to pull you up?? That you can turn to for unbiased advice.? That can be your cheerleader.? That has your best interests at heart?

If no one readily springs to mind, I respectfully suggest I could be that person.

With decades working with business leaders on their business leadership, sales and delivery aspects as well as helping them through the inevitable ups and downs I provide unbiased advice and implementation assistance so you can lead a better business and live a better life.

If you’d like to confidentially discuss how I might assist, contact me.

My favourite coffee shop when its quiet is the "second office". I can get more inspiration/reflection there in 15 minutes than in 2 hours at home. Its just me, a notebook and a very nice coffee.
