Reflection & The Numbers: We reached 3.4M+ People and We Thank You For Your Support!

I'm currently traveling and reflecting on the past 2 years of work with The Center for Respectful Leadership and wanted to share on how the numbers have impacted me personally.

Although I find it difficult to believe, The Center for Respectful Leadership did not exist less than two years ago. Today, we have a dedicated team , a Facilitator Team, and an Advisory Council made up of over 30 top worldwide experts, executive coaches, and thousands of people!

We try to be the Voice of Respect at CRL, which means standing up for and advocating respect and Respectful Leadership as a way of life. It entails conducting ongoing research into how respect affects individual and organizational relationships and cultures; providing training, L&D programs, and executive coaching that truly drive positive, long-term change; and ensuring that respect is more than a nice-to-have but an operational necessity.

Through active research, public conversations, learning and development programs, and coaching that focus on the positive force and measurable impact of respect, the Center for Respectful Leadership is devoted to investing in leadership and organizational transformation.

We want to continue to promote a flourishing, successful network of organizations that recognize, cherish, and apply respect as a cornerstone of their cultures.

So, without further adieu, here's our "numbers for the year"

  • 8 - Incredible humans that have helped grow the mission of our center - Angie, Maresa, Sarah, Angela, Kirsten, Kayden, & Amy Jo - thanks
  • 6 - Ignite Respect Winners & A Company who are doing things right
  • 36 - Advisory Council Members and Participants who have shared our message with their networks and contributed through articles, livestreams and more.
  • 166 - Enrollees in our initial online courses Roadmap To Respect Launch who have showed us that our path to make our coursework accessible has resulted quantifiable impact in respect
  • 25+ Clients & Partners who make our mission actionable by giving us the honor and privilege to serve them

Now the rest? Our impact online reaching more than 3.24M ->
