Reflection from GOSAIKUNDA TREKKING
1.?????You should always know your target or goal
2.?????Set a resting place where you sit and reflect on your journey and improve your further journey accordingly: Our resting place was my reflection place where I reflected on my day and pointed out my weakness and strength and improved it accordingly
3.?????Don’t get frustrated when you get tired and can’t keep pace with your trekking friends: It's all about your pace and resilience. YOUR TARGET YOUR PACE AND YOUR WAY
4.?????Observe the surrounding: learn, unlearn and relearn from them. Observing my friend's pace, how they carry their load (bag) on their back, how they breathe while climbing, and when they take rest helped me a lot.
5.?????Always believe in yourself: The first day can be hard but that doesn’t mean your whole trekking will be. The first day will always teach you the dedication and effort you need to put in to achieve your target.
6.?????Target is important but you can’t ignore the process (next step): Sometimes it's better not to focus on the target as it might demotivate you instead focus on your next step. Trust your next step, you will achieve your target.
7.?????Keep your and your friend's spirit high: WE CAN DO IT AND WE WILL DO IT
8.?????When you reach the top, sit back and enjoy your success.
9.?????Celebrate the success together: Success celebration multiples greatly in a group. There is no FUN in achieving alone.
At LAST,
Reflect on your whole trip and PLAN for the NEXT
