Hello,
Every project includes a lot of planning & scheduling, the actual doing based on the plan and the results. What is often underestimated is the power of reflection at the end of a project.
"Coming together is a beginning, staying together is progress, and working together is success." – Henry Ford
When working with others on a project, the reflection period brings more ideas for improvement for next time. I find myself often after a long project either tired or in the same energy state like during the project like inertia.
Stoping and reflecting because the way to send the foundation for the next project.
