Reflection at the end of a project

Hello,

Every project includes a lot of planning & scheduling, the actual doing based on the plan and the results. What is often underestimated is the power of reflection at the end of a project.

"Coming together is a beginning, staying together is progress, and working together is success." – Henry Ford

When working with others on a project, the reflection period brings more ideas for improvement for next time. I find myself often after a long project either tired or in the same energy state like during the project like inertia.

Stoping and reflecting because the way to send the foundation for the next project.

"We do not learn from the experience, we learn from reflecting on the experience." - John Dewey

Here are some questions for reflection:

• how do you feel now at the end of the project?
• did you get the results you expected?
• what was the dynamic inside the team during the project? Can you improve anything before the next project?
• how could you gather some ideas from the others in the project?
• what are the main learnings and next steps?
