Reflection before resolutions!

Think about it, setting goals and resolutions is far easier said than done, and that's one challenge, but how do you know what the key changes could be.?
Take time to reflect on last year, take a long hard look at what you did, what you achieved and what didn't work so well.
Draw up a list in these three categories.
Once you have done that, take some times to think about what you need to stop doing, or if you prefer, the things you need to start doing to make 2016 the year that you want.
