Reflection on Advancements
Have you ever created anything in your life? Have you ever come up with a new and exciting idea? Have you at least tried to do either of those things? Hey, we’re not all Einstein, but I’m pretty sure there was some point in your life that you tried coming up with something new.
Whether you wanted to invent, increase productivity at work, do a school project, help your team get better and win, you’ve done something. Whether you realize it or not.
For me, my passion has been coaching the last five years. I pride myself on the ideas I’ve come up with to better serve my clients.
But I have to constantly go back and review them, see why I decided to make those changes in my style and how explore how they drastically improved my abilities from one client to the next.
You learn from every single interaction, experience and task you do. Whether you like it or not. I just sent a friend of mine whose going through a rough patch a saying- it may have broken you down now, but it’s opened your eyes to what you don’t need. Take that as a win.
Memory and reflection are another gift of God’s to man. That’s how we constantly make progress. Instead of being a deer in headlights, we’re a car with a navigation system.
Do this for me: be the car with a navigation system, not a deer in headlights. Health, fitness, business. Keep going.
