Despite economic headwinds, our expansion into North America continued to flourish, complementing our existing presence in eight Latin American countries.

Key accomplishments for the year involved expanding our customers in Mexico and the United States, entering the Central American market through Panama, and sustaining growth in Latin America. Notably, our international business participation approached 30%, with robust double-digit growth in Colombia and the consolidation of Ecuador as our second-largest market.T

his remarkable year featured significant milestones, including the celebration of our 10th anniversary, entry into new markets, and the successful hosting of Sofka Tech Day. I express my heartfelt gratitude to our Sofkianos and clients for contributing to the resounding success of Sofka Tech Day, where industry leaders shared invaluable insights into the evolving landscape of digital transformation.

Our flagship social responsibility program, "Jovenes Creativos," in collaboration with Fundación Rofé, doubled its investment to foster young talent in seven cities across Colombia and Uruguay. This initiative impacted 345 young minds, nurturing personal and professional growth in the technology field.

Looking forward to 2024, we stand at the threshold of a promising new year, brimming with challenges and exciting projects for Sofka Technologies. A pivotal focus in 2024 will be maintaining our corporate alignment towards the expansion of Sofka Technologies in the United States and international markets, with an ambitious goal of achieving more than 200% growth. This seemingly audacious goal is supported by our confidence in building upon the foundations laid in 2023.Our endeavors in Mexico are poised for success, and Ecuador, as our second-largest market, will be a focal point as we reinforce growth plans.
