As we bid farewell to 2023, I find myself pausing to reflect on the whirlwind of experiences that made this year an action-packed journey. Here are some key insights and lessons learned that I believe will shape the path forward into the new year:
?
Ten lessons learned in 2023 – And that’s going to change the way I would like to welcome 2024.

?
Year had action packed days and at times till midnight, being emotionally attached to what I loved doing – Working hard and building the business for someone else. ?
First and the biggest lesson learned - Not to get emotionally attached with what you are doing.
"Your right is to perform your duty only, but never to its fruits. Let not the fruits of action be your motive, nor let your attachment be to inaction."
2024 onwards - Embracing this lesson will surely help to focus on the journey, staying committed to actions without being overly attached to the outcomes. Karma is the king!
?
2. Resilience in the Face of Challenges:
This year threw curveballs that tested my resilience. It taught me that setbacks are not roadblocks but detours leading to growth. Each challenge carried a valuable lesson, and the ability to bounce back with newfound strength is a skill worth honing.
2024 Onwards – Learn from setbacks and embrace change, Have self-belief and build self for larger canvas.
?
3. Prioritize Well-being: Health is Wealth:
In the hustle and bustle of corporate work, it's easy to neglect self-care. In Year 2023, Neglected health and self being, even treatment was delayed, that needed attention. Ignoring health is a costly oversight.
2024 - Take breaks, recharge, and prioritize your physical and mental well-being. Remember, taking care of yourself isn't selfish; it's a prerequisite for being able to give your best to yourself and others.
?
4. Learnings from Setbacks:
Certain things dint go the way they were expected, 2023 provided its fair share of setbacks, some unexpected surprises.
2024– Don't be afraid to fail; be afraid of not learning from your failures, convert them as opportunity to learn, adapt, and come back stronger.
?
5. Foster Real Relationships:
Amidst the chaos, the value of genuine connections became more apparent than ever. Tough times are when you see the real face of fake friends and colleagues ?
2024: Invest in real friends and relations, take time to catch up with OLD friends and relatives, Take the time to nurture meaningful connections, for they are the support system that helps us weather any storm.

Started working on self-development towards latter half of the year , Should have started early.
2024 : Stay curious, seek knowledge, invest in self, be open to new perspectives. Have dedicated hours for self-development, that’s what will go long way. ?The more we learn, the better equipped we are to navigate the complexities of our ever-evolving environment.
?
7. Family, the Strong Pillar: Family got ignored, but they proved to be the real support when needed.
In the pursuit of our goals, it's easy to overlook the unwavering support of family. They are the strong pillars that provide stability and love.
2024: To keep them on priority for taking any decision Let's not forget to cherish and prioritize the moments with our loved ones. Ensure to have enough me time and vacation time with family.
?
8. Be Ready for Shocks and Surprises:
Life is full of unexpected twists ?
2024: Always have your parachute ready. Be adaptable and open-minded, ready to pivot when necessary.
?
9. Family first: Corporate ≠ Family:
No matter how close the ties at work may seem, corporate environments can never replace the support and love of family. Remember, even if your boss refers to you as a brother, family remains irreplaceable.
2024 – Keep personal and professional relations sperate and cherish them that way only. ??
?
10. Speak the Truth and Face It:
Honesty is a rare gem. Never be afraid to speak out the truth, even when it's uncomfortable. Facing reality head-on is the first step towards positive change.
