"Reflecting on a Year of Entrepreneurship: Nurturing Passion, Impacting Lives"

I am thrilled to celebrate the first anniversary of Jeevan Pravaas Life Mentoring Services. Reflecting on the past year fills me with a profound sense of gratitude and excitement. When I embarked on this journey, I knew there would be challenges, but I was determined to follow my passion for helping youth and parents, come what may.

The freedom of being an entrepreneur is truly liberating. I cherish the ability to set my own schedule and pursue my creative visions. Creating something from my own experiences and seeing it positively impact others is an indescribable feeling—one that fuels my drive every day.

I am deeply honored to integrate the wisdom of Indian scriptures like the Bhagavad Gita and the Upanishads into our life mentoring process. It's incredibly fulfilling to witness the positive influence it has on the next generation's well-being and productivity. Working towards the happiness of youth and parents feels like a divine blessing.

This past year has been a testament to the power of good intentions. I firmly believe that genuine intent to serve others paves the way for success. Quality has always been my guiding principle—I strive for excellence in everything I do, trusting that the rest will fall into place.

None of this would be possible without the support of my partner, Cdr Ninad Deshpande (Retd) , an exceptional team, and the goodwill of collaborators and clients. I am profoundly grateful for the partnerships and relationships that have blossomed along this journey.

While it's still early days for our venture, the journey thus far has been nothing short of exhilarating. Like nurturing a newborn, there's a mix of uncertainty and excitement in seeing our idea take shape.

This year also marked my debut as an author, where I had the privilege of sharing insights into "Deep Dive Mentoring " for parents of teenagers. It's been a joy to showcase the transformative power of life mentoring and the unconventional career paths of inspiring individuals.

As they say, it's never too late to start, and every day presents new opportunities for growth and learning. I'm immensely grateful to all my friends and supporters for their unwavering encouragement and belief in our mission. Here's to many more years of impact and growth ahead!
