Hey, connections..!!
On 10th April 2024, students of SNS Institutions were treated to a captivating session with Mr. Anil Swarup , the esteemed Founder Chairman of Nexus of Good Foundation and former Secretary of School Education. Despite initial expectations, what transpired was nothing short of inspirational.
During the session, Mr. Swarup shared profound insights drawn from his extensive experience, touching upon the essence of executing ideas and navigating ethical dilemmas in public service, as chronicled in his notable works such as "No More a Civil Servant" and "Ethical Dilemmas of a Civil Servant." I request the students who missed the session to go through his books to feel the spark that we felt during the session. All 4 books (Not Just a Civil Servant, Ethical Dilemmas of a Civil Servant, No More A Civil Servant, and Encounter with Politicians) are available on Amazon.
The impact of Mr. Swarup's words was tangible, with each student finding a personal resonance and discovering new avenues for growth within themselves. Mr. Swarup says that a perfect idea would be acceptable to everyone and in order to achieve that one should check for the following conditions. I've attached those conditions below as the key takeaways from the session.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Anil Swarup for gracing us with his presence.
Special thanks to Nalin SNS sir, the Technical Director of SNS Institutions, and Dr. Subbramanian S. sir, the Chairman of SNS Institutions, for their efforts in organizing this remarkable session.
