With 2022 coming to a fast close, I’m planning to pause over the holidays, honor how far we’ve come, and set the intention for what the new year will bring.?
This has been an exciting year for Linkage, a SHRM Company As you may have seen in our recent announcement , Linkage was acquired by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) , a leading membership organization dedicated to elevating HR and building an inclusive, supportive world that works for all. SHRM impacts 115 million employees globally, and as part of this exceptional organization, we now have the potential to greatly expand our support for leaders and organizations.?
We also hosted our largest-ever Women in Leadership Institute in November, engaging 3,000 women leaders from 250+ companies. As we came together for our 23rd annual conference filled with inspiration and learning, I experienced again the power of committing to the advancement of women leaders and the individual impact on women at all levels of leadership .?
I invite you to look back on where you started your leadership journey in 2022—and appreciate the growth you have achieved, as we all begin anew.??
