Reflecting on Our Time in St. Louis

Building Momentum at Pulse 2024

Earlier this month, the Melo Associates team ( Swati Garg , Lindsay Lynch , and Evelyn Gallagher ) had the incredible opportunity to attend Gainsight ’s Pulse conference. This marked the second time we gathered as a whole team to share ideas, build on our annual strategy, and connect face-to-face, which made it an invaluable. The conference's inspiring theme, enthusiastic attendees, and engaging events added to that energy. Plus, being a sponsor of the event was certainly an exciting way to attend our 2nd Pulse. It not only reinforced our commitment to the Customer Success community but also provided us with a unique platform to engage more deeply with industry leaders and peers.

The experience of meeting in person and sponsoring the event has further energized our team, setting the stage for exciting new initiatives. We’re thrilled to soon be able to share some exhilarating developments happening throughout the rest of 2024!

Insights from Our CEO, Swati Garg

A highlight of the conference was our CEO, Swati Garg, taking the stage for the first time at Pulse to present on the “4 Essential Elements to Hiring Right.” Swati’s session offered a unique perspective on Customer Success through our recruitment lens. She emphasized the importance of defining crucial roles, aligning stakeholders, streamlining hiring processes, and enhancing candidate experiences.

Swati’s insights are invaluable, especially when considering the high cost of a bad hire, which can amount to up to 30% of the employee’s potential first-year earnings (US Department of Labor). Her guidance is designed to set organizations up for long-term success.

Learning and Growing with the Community
