Reflecting on the OC Pathways Showcase 2025

Just last week, IWSI America had the privilege of attending the annual OC Pathways Showcase at the OC Fair & Event Center in Costa Mesa, CA. The event offered an invaluable opportunity for networking and keeping abreast of the latest trends in apprenticeships in California.

The OC Pathways Showcase is a vibrant celebration of the synergies between industry and education, aimed at equipping the next generation and fortifying Orange County's future workforce. Since its inception in 2015, this event has become a cornerstone for fostering educational and work-based learning partnerships, helping students demonstrate their adaptiveness, perseverance, and commitment to lifelong learning.

This year's showcase was especially inspiring, seeing firsthand how education is evolving to meet the dynamic needs of OC's job market.
