2024 has been an incredible year of growth and accomplishments, both at Aqaba Container Terminal and globally. Here's a look back at the milestones:

?? Driving Standardization at Aqaba Container Terminal Starting as the Acting Standardization Lead, I guided job experts in creating, implementing, and sustaining operational standards. Through visual tools, we enabled teams to track their span of control, eliminate MUDA (waste), and reduce incidental work. This effort fostered continuous improvement and streamlined operations.

?? Promoting Self-Learning with Skillsoft I championed the Skillsoft platform to empower colleagues with self-learning opportunities. From enhancing business-related skills to pursuing personal interests, this initiative helped uplift knowledge across the terminal.

?? Representing Aqaba on a Global Stage Midyear, I joined the Flow Global Team to support APM Terminals GTI & Pipavav in India as the Global PDM Lead. Key achievements:

• Established "Standardization Factories"
• Built team capability
• Enhanced team capabilities for independent project management This experience reinforced the importance of empowering teams with tools and knowledge.

?? Returning to Aqaba for Flow Project Implementation Upon returning, I ensured the Flow Project’s successful implementation. By using standards as decision-making references, we achieved a smooth and impactful closure.

???? Learning Lean Management in Japan I was privileged to join a group from Asia and the Middle East in Japan, the birthplace of lean principles. This enriching experience provided fresh perspectives I’m eager to apply.
