Reflecting on My Nesternship: A Journey of UPDATE, UPGRADE AND UPSKILL

I am excited to reflect on the enriching experiences and valuable lessons garnered throughout my tenure as an intern at Nestle. This transformative journey has significantly contributed to my professional growth and mindset, instilling in me a deeper appreciation for innovation, teamwork, and excellence.

Throughout my Nesternship, I had the privilege of collaborating with industry experts and immersing myself in real-world projects. These experiences served as a masterclass in practical application, providing me with insights that extend far beyond the confines of traditional learning environments.

Without realising, almost two months have passed since I started my Nesternship journey at Nestlé Gurgaon. It's been a thrilling journey to work on a Live project of HR Analytics. My role in the team mainly revolves around managing and analysing data and maintaining data hygiene.

Working of FMCG MNC:- Working within a multinational corporation in the fast-moving consumer goods sector provided me with a holistic understanding of how different functions intertwine to drive success. This exposure broadened my perspective and fostered an appreciation for cross-functional collaboration.
