Reflecting on my first 90 days

It's hard to believe, but today marks 90 days since I rejoined VZ as the Chief Sales Officer for Verizon's Consumer Unit. And what a journey these past three months have been!

I have been able to visit all six of the markets and I have never felt more energy or commitment by our employees to provide a best-in-class customer experience. The teamwork has been amazing as we focus on controlling the controllables and giving our employees all the tools they need to be successful.

Having the opportunity to talk directly with our customers has been one of the biggest highlights. It’s great when customers are telling me firsthand about the outstanding service they are receiving and how Verizon continues to be the network leader.

The best part of rejoining is reconnecting with and getting to know our V Team. Their passion, innovation, and commitment are the true drivers of our success. And their dedication to our customers makes me confident that as we move through 2024, we will not only meet our goals but exceed them.

As we look to the rest of 2024, our momentum is undeniable. With our top-tier wireless network, robust home internet solutions, and compelling promotions, we're more than ready to tackle the challenges and opportunities this year brings.?

Here's to the first 90 days of this incredible journey, the progress we've made, and the exciting road ahead. I would like to take a moment to extend a special thank you to my direct leadership team for helping me onboard at a record pace.
