Joining Paktel during the early stages of Pakistan's telecommunications industry was both a challenge and an opportunity. With no direct sales experience, stepping into a company renowned for its aspirational brand was a significant leap. It became a transformative experience shaping my approach to both personal & professional development.

o?? The journey taught me resilience—the ability to persevere even in the face of adversity, or handling difficult customer(s), or selling to the top tier customer(s).

o?? Understanding of others' perspective & needs leading to stronger relationships and effectiveness.

o?? Listening attentively to customer needs & requirements to ?satisfactory services.

o?? Adapting to diverse situations and building rapport with clients/customers.

o?? Ensuring seamless service & delivery from start to finish reinforces customer satisfaction.

o?? Protecting employer interest while prioritizing customer satisfaction was a delicate yet critical balance.

o?? Thriving in high-pressure environment sharpened my decision-making and performance.

o?? Maintaining integrity in every transaction built trust and credibility with stakeholders.

o?? Learning when to decline opportunities & upholding the values.

Acknowledgments and Milestones: My growth was nurtured by seasoned figures and experiences at Paktel – there are many significant names at Paktel who even later uphold prominent positions in different sector, but here I am taking an opportunity to thank all.

·??????? Collaborating with dedicated teams across sales, customer services, billing, technical team and administration fostered a culture of unity and success, so much could be shared here & many examples can be quoted how ‘team synergies’ bringing wining fronts.

·??????? Celebrating achievements (each unit sales) with concepts like 'hitting the bell' fueled a drive to excel and innovate.

·??????? From iconic mobile phones to memorable encounters with top professionals across various fields, each experience contributed to my growth & learning.

·??????? A loyal companion (my Suzuki Alto) through countless sales calls and personal milestones, symbolizes resilience and determination.

Conclusion: The journey at Paktel was more than a job—it was a university of experiences that equipped me with essential skills and values. These lessons continue to guide me in complexed situations and achieving productivity even in my current endeavors.
