Reflecting on an incredible year at Mead & Hunt!

As I wrap up my first full year as COO/President, I am filled with pride and gratitude for the progress we've made together in 2024. Our journey has been marked by significant milestones and collective achievements that have set us on a path to a future-ready organization.

From fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement to strengthening our internal processes, building strategic partnerships, and evolving our leadership, we've made strides in every aspect of our business. Our commitment to accountability and future-readiness has been unwavering, and it's evident in the progress we've achieved.

The highlight of my year was visiting staff in our offices and at project sites across the country. From Portland to Tampa and many spots in between (too many to name all), the dedication and enthusiasm I saw from our staff was truly inspiring.

Other memorable moments were the kickoff meetings with our new Operational Excellence and Business Development teams. Both teams are pivotal in developing our next generations of leadership and moving us forward with process improvements that help us work together with ease and ensure we remain a great place to work that is full of opportunity.
