?? Lessons from the Frontline of Global Project Management

?? #PMOsHackingCovid19 – Winning Solutions in a Time of Crisis When the world was hit by an unprecedented pandemic, project leaders came together. We had the privilege of mentoring a team that placed 1st in the PMOsHackingCovid19 Hackathon, where we designed creative, real-world solutions that were immediately applied by 500+ professionals across 83+ countries and five continents to help businesses navigate the crisis. This experience proved that when global minds unite, resilient and impactful solutions emerge.

?? The Power of Volunteering

?? Shaping the Future of Project Learning Selected as a PMI Advanced Learning (PAL) Pilot Tester, we worked alongside 100+ global experts to develop a cutting-edge, immersive learning platform that provided project managers with a safe space to fail, learn, and grow. This initiative was about learning through experience, giving project managers opportunities to refine their skills through realistic simulations.

?? The Power of Volunteering

?? Contributing to the PMO Global Awards As an active committee member of the PMO Global Awards, we had the privilege of evaluating top-performing PMOs from 64 countries across 5 continents. Reviewing detailed case studies and assessing PMO performance reinforced the importance of strategic alignment, resilience, and innovation in delivering world-class project outcomes.

?? The Power of Volunteering

?? Testing and Validating Industry Standards As a PMO Certified Practitioner (PMO-CP)? Pilot Tester, we contributed to the development of PMI’s newest certification, ensuring that project professionals worldwide gain the tools needed to set up and manage successful PMOs. This was a powerful experience, helping to shape a program that is now guiding project professionals toward excellence.
