Reflecting on Gratitude and Growth

Dear PM Insiders,

As I sit down to pen this November newsletter, I find myself filled with gratitude and a deep sense of reflection. It's a time to give thanks, not just for the season, but for the incredible individuals who have left an indelible mark on my professional journey.

A Journey Shaped by Commitment and Gratitude

From the very roots of my familial upbringing, the values of commitment, gratitude, high morale, and unwavering ethical standards have been instilled in me. These principles have not just been words but the guiding pillars that resonate in every aspect of my life - as a friend, sister, daughter, mother, wife, former teacher, manager, transportation professional, ed tech enthusiast, consultant, business owner, and a proud human.

Standing on Our Own Feet

My mom's timeless advice echoes in my mind - "Every tin tub will have to stand on its own feet." It's a reminder of resilience and self-sufficiency that has fueled my journey. In this newsletter, I dedicate a moment of reflection and sincere thanks to those whose diverse contributions have shaped the path I tread.

In a world filled with so much, being thankful for the opportunity to meet amazing people with differing perspectives, gifts, and contributions to the workplace is truly amazing.

Family and Kindness: Amidst the chaos of the world, I want to express deep appreciation for family—the constant anchor providing love and support. In the midst of all the achievements, being a good person in spirit, valuing kindness, and appreciating the small joys of life are indispensable.
