Reflecting on Gathering of Champions 2024: "Superstar"
I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to have contributed to this year’s Gathering of Champions hosted by New Life For All Nations Ministry from September 26th to 29th, 2024. The theme, "Superstar," was a powerful reminder of the greatness within us, and I was privileged to lead the graphic design team in collaboration with the publicity team led by Folashade Adeola-Adegbite , the project manager Ajala Adenike and Damilare Ekundayo B. , the content team led by Favour Ekundayo , the photography team which included Lois Akinbowale and Pamilerin Fatoki, and the video editing team led by Samuel Sunday to ensure the event’s message shone through.
As the lead designer, my role was to guide our creative team, including Akinbola Oluwafemi, Emmanuel Oduwaye, Kazy Clement, and Joshua Olaniyi in developing visuals that perfectly captured the spirit of the event—from flyers and banners to social media posts and digital content. It was a fulfilling yet demanding process, requiring a lot of teamwork and dedication.
There were moments when we had to push beyond our limits, working overnight to meet deadlines and ensure that everything was just right for the program. It wasn’t always easy, but the satisfaction of seeing our efforts come to life was worth every late night.

My journey as a designer started back in my campus fellowship New Life Campus Fellowship at LAUTECH, and it’s been an amazing experience to see how far I've come. I'm incredibly thankful for all the lessons and opportunities along the way, and this event was another milestone in that journey.
A huge shoutout to my amazing team for their tireless effort and commitment. This was truly a team victory, and I'm proud of what we accomplished together! I also want to give a big thank you to The Reverers for coming around to capture those amazing pictures on Friday.
