Reflecting on a Decade of Achievement and Gratitude

In the following letter, Ozzie (Oswaldo) Gromada Meza , President and CEO of Latino Corporate Directors Association (LCDA) , offers the following special Thanksgiving message to LCDA’s board, members, partners and allies, and the LCDA community.

As the holidays approach, we are reminded of the incredible journey we've undertaken as a community. This season is an opportunity to express our sincerest appreciation to all who have contributed to the success and growth of the Latino Corporate Directors Association (LCDA). We could not have accomplished so much in the past 10 years without you.?

To our esteemed members, valued partners, and dedicated allies, your commitment to advancing excellence in inclusive corporate governance inspires us daily. Your willingness to stand beside us in our mission demonstrates the power of unity and the collective strength we possess when working together toward a common purpose.

The recent release of LCDA's Salute to Governance Excellence book is a testament to the outstanding achievements of our founders, our board, and all who have played pivotal roles in shaping the success of LCDA over the past decade.?

On behalf of the entire LCDA team, we extend our deepest thanks to you. May this Thanksgiving be a time of joy and appreciation for the connections we've forged and the progress we've achieved together.?

In our expressions of thanks this season, may we be mindful of those facing challenges, and let our collective efforts continue to make a positive impact on the lives of all of those in need. This year, I share immense gratitude for all who offered patience, grace, and their sound counsel during a time of exciting change.
