Reflecting on the Annual IC3 Conference & Expo

Looking back at the Annual IC3 Conference & Expo, I have many wonderful memories. Earlier, as a magazine journalist, I covered many B2B & B2C shows and conferences, but IC3 was different right from the beginning. Expecting the Annual IC3 Conference & Expo to be just like any other networking event, I was pleasantly surprised by the extraordinary experiences it offered in Hyderabad last year. How can I forget that since I joined, the IC3 Movement surprised me in ways I couldn't have imagined.

Let me share one particular memory from last year's conference that touched my heart. In the photo above, you'll see the IC3 Team standing outside the ballroom with folded hands alongside Ganesh Kohli sir and Jim McLaughlin . After the closing session, Ganesh sir led us to the exit, and we followed, curious about what was happening. Then, there he was, with a big smile and folded hands, personally thanking each attendee with a warm handshake. At that moment, I realized it was all from the heart.

Being part of an organization that doesn't just talk about change but actively works to bring purpose and direction to millions of children worldwide is truly inspiring. We are IC3, and together, we work towards bringing counseling to every school, transforming lives.
