REFLECTING ON 2024: A YEAR OF GROWTH & COMMUNITY

As we close the last chapter of the year, we’re filled with gratitude for the milestones, events, and connections that made 2024 unforgettable at Ampersand Studios. From our Miami to Nashville communities, this year has been a testament to the power of collaboration, creativity, and shared growth.

A Look Back at the Highlights

This year, our spaces came alive with an incredible lineup of events and activations. These programming events are part of the Ampersand Studios Member experience, and are an added bonus for the folks that make up our community. Here are just a few of the standout moments that defined 2024:??

• January: We kicked off the year with the Miami Hospitality Showcase, bringing together industry professionals to network and share insights.
• February: We welcomed the Creative Culture Tribe for a screening of The Next Black Millionaire.
• March: Our Nashville community celebrated women’s achievements at the Women in Business Panel and highlighted Ampersand’s role as a creative incubator while underscoring its dedication to amplifying, championing and lifting up the voices and stories that make up its community.?
• May: Nashville’s Music Biz Week Happy Hour created a platform for music industry professionals to connect and collaborate.
• July: Creativity took center stage at Miami’s Born 2 Create event in partnership with local creative directors Gabrielle Peige and Jose Musa for this after-hours community night, while Nashville opened its doors to host Nashville Design Week.?
• September: Wellness Day Activations brought rejuvenating experiences like soundbaths, IV drips, and meditation to our community. And of course, we had to celebrate our 1 year Amper-versary of the opening of Ampersand Studios Nashville in Music Row,??
• October: Entrepreneurs gained valuable insights during the Three-Part &Grow Workshop Series where we partnered with local entrepreneurs and consultants, Kamilah Sanders, Jessica Murray, Danny Pippin and Deanna Meador to explore systems for business growth, pitching yourself & your business, and raising money & access to finance. We ended the month in spooky delight with a Halloween Happy Hour for Members with espresso martinis by Bootleggers Cocktails.
• November: We practiced gratitude at the &Gather Thanksgiving Luncheon, a heartfelt celebration of community and connection. We also sponsored two local community events: TedEx Women in Nashville, and American Advertising Federation’s Game Changers Panel in Miami.

Doubling Our Impact??

One of the most exciting milestones this year was the growth of our community—our membership doubled! This achievement wouldn’t have been possible without the support, energy, and enthusiasm of our members and partners. Together, we’ve created an environment that goes beyond coworking, serving as a hub for meaningful interactions and professional growth.??
