Reflecting on 2024 and Setting Game-Changing Goals for 2025

As we wave goodbye to 2024, many of us find ourselves in reflective mode (well I do at least!) The start of a new year is always a compelling time to take stock of what we’ve learned, celebrate milestones, and recalibrate our goals for the journey ahead. For me, 2024 was a year of growth, challenges, and some serious high-fives (both figuratively and literally). So grab a cup of your favorite tea or coffee, and let me share my top reflections from 2024 and the intentions I'm setting for 2025.


1. Learning Is My Lifeblood

In 2024, I leaned into what fuels me most—learning. I completed my Graduate Certificate in Psychology, became certified as a Neuro Change Practitioner, and added an Imposter Syndrome-Informed Coaching certification to my toolkit. Each milestone reminded me that growth is endless, and knowledge is the spark that keeps me inspired.

2024 wasn’t just about certifications and work. My middle son graduated high school (cue applause and a sigh of relief)! 1. Speaking With Purpose (Especially at Home)

Communication is one of my strengths, but I’ve noticed that at home, it can slip. This year, I aim to model what I coach: “Speak with good purpose.” Positive communication transforms relationships, especially in family settings. Trust me, it’s worth the effort.

2. Making Movement a Joyful Habit

Menopause has been sending me some loud signals—hello, new era! This year, I’m reframing exercise as a hobby rather than a chore. So far, it’s been a game-changer. Movement isn’t just about physical health; it’s about mental clarity and emotional balance.

3. Expanding My Reach

2025 will be about scaling my impact. I aim to deliver more group coaching programs and speak to larger audiences.
