Reflecting on 2024 & Looking Ahead to 2025

I won’t lie, I’m so looking forward to December I can almost taste it! I forgot to take a mid year holiday this year, and boy am I feeling it now. Imagine me forgetting that energy, as a leader, is the most important commodity you’ve got. I can literally hear 1000 middle managers growling in frustration at me right now – yes, I know, and I’m sorry for failing to heed my own advice!!! (doesn’t mean you should be a dummy and follow my lead though!)
What a whirlwind 2024 was – and will continue to be right up until 19 December for most – so I am going to keep this brief!
Before 2024 fades into the rearview mirror, it’s been another year worth of reflection (it’s a good exercise for you to do too if you don’t already!).

And 2025 is already shaping up to be huge:
Am I uncertain about what 2025 will bring? Hell yeah! But that uncertainty only tells me that I have to be 100% clear on goals, and 100% flexible on execution.

1 天前You made me laugh. I also forgot to take a break this year and am getting one in now. It feels like we’re hurtling through to the end of 2024 so better late than never. Cheers to a splendid 2025!
