Reflecting on 2024…

Reflection time!

I can’t believe we’re nearing the end of December, with 2024 already coming to an end!?

Time has flown.

It’s also a time when most of us start reflecting on the accomplishments, challenges, lessons, and journeys we've taken over the past year and start to think about 2025.?

From being invited to speak at global conferences and podcasts like Seramount EmERGe and the L&D Podcast, publishing my speaker’s reel, publishing many thought leaderships, delivering various behaviour change, leadership development and coaching workshops and trainings, and also led an operating model redesign project...it has been an eventful and packed year! ??

I’ve also invested in personal development and am close to completing my Systemic Team Coaching Diploma. What a highlight to be taught surrounded by a fantastic cohort and faculty to uplevel the impact I offer to my clients.?

I’m so grateful for all my kick-ass clients who achieved massive results from our partnership and work together. You have made this year memorable!

As my last newsletter for 2024 before I shut down early for a long well-deserved break, I want to share 6 questions for you to mull over the Christmas & New Year break as you reflect on 2024 and think of 2025.

What moments from the year make you feel like a total boss? Why were they such a big deal for you?

Life probably threw some curveballs your way. How did you tackle them, and who supported you during those tough times??

?? What habits have you developed over the past year that have helped or hindered you? How can I continue or stop doing it??

Which habits were game-changers, and which ones were like, “Why am I even doing this?” Hold up the mirror and be honest.?

?? What new opportunities do you want to create in 2025??

Dream big! What exciting plans or wild dreams are you ready to attract next year??

?? What behaviours and attitudes do you want to show up with?

Picture yourself in 2025. What kind of person are you looking to become?

?? What’s your plan that will keep you focused in 2025?

How are you planning to tackle the craziness of 2025??

Take your time! Don’t rush to answer all of it in one go. Do it well and answer it honestly.?

It will help you to start taking control of how to show up next year so you can be the best advocate for yourself and what you uniquely bring to the table.?
