Reaching Goals
In this edition of our newsletter, we are taking the opportunity to reflect on our achievements and learnings during 2023. This year marks are first complete calendar year of publishing this newsletter for our community every month! We are proud to share our newsletter and our knowledge and insights across topics including creating respectful workplaces, fostering psychological safety and sponsorship and how all these approaches can support your workplace reach its diversity, equity and inclusion goals!
We are also thrilled to share that at the beginning of 2023 we had 2,000 subscribers to this newsletter and, at the time of writing, we had a total of 3,985 subscribers! Thank you to all our subscribers; we are very grateful to your support!
2023 has been a busy year for the Diversity Inclusion team! We welcomed Josie Miller to the team and expanded into our new offices in Unley, South Australia! The team has delivered our Call It Out Program, Sponsorship Program, Inclusion Baseline Survey and Psychological Safety Program to clients across Australia and overseas, this year. We are also thrilled to be extending our Call It Out Program with 'Part 2: Negative Behaviours' with some of our long-term clients including TasNetworks, Junction Australia and Coopers Brewery.
Expressing Gratitude
We would like to express our gratitude to our clients of 2023, without whom we would not exist! While we hope you gain a lot from our services and expertise, we want you to know that we also learn so much from you!

A great workshop on an important topic that, unfortunately, is common within the workplace. The two facilitators were articulate and friendly too :) well done!
