Reflecting on 2023: Attentive.ai's Year End Wrap Up

2023 was a huge year for Attentive.ai - we hope it was fruitful for our customers—the hardworking field services & construction businesses. Firstly, I want to thank them for making our favorite moments from this year possible and for being a part of this incredible community that we’ve built.

Significant milestones we achieved this year-

Doubling Our Customer Base

We kicked off 2023 with close to 200 customers, and I'm proud to announce that we're closing the year with more than 500 field service businesses putting their trust in Attentive.ai to drive their revenue. This milestone is a testament to our team's relentless dedication and our customers' belief in our vision.

Launch of Accelerate

This year also marked the debut of our end-to-end business management software, Accelerate–the first of its kind for the landscaping industry.?

In our countless conversations with our customers, we identified the challenges landscapers were facing with complex, fragmented tech. That dictates how they can manage their business and not the other way around. This made us realize that an end-to-end, simple solution is key to helping them scale effortlessly & accommodate all divisions.

I strongly believe that tech should be a tool that makes your life easier, not harder. It should be straightforward, adaptable, and, above all, responsive to your specific needs. That’s what we have created with Accelerate.

Expanding Our Reach in the Paving Sector

2023 also saw us adding close to 90 paving customers.?

A highlight of this journey is Attentive.ai's collaboration with Perrysburg Asphalt & SealCoating. Rich Jambor , President, and Beth Cole, Office Administrator from Perrysburg Residential Sealcoating (Perrysburg Asphalt & Sealcoating) sat with us for a conversation; here’s a snip for you.

Introducing Beam AI

Another significant milestone this year was the launch of Beam AI - a startup within our startup. With Beam AI, we aim to stay agile, customer-focused, and innovative, mirroring our early startup days as we create game-changing solutions for the construction industry.

Beam AI is a venture dedicated entirely to the construction sector, offering AI-powered takeoff solutions for all trades under one roof. We will help streamline preconstruction processes, allowing businesses to focus more on value-driven, strategic tasks.

With 200+ blueprint takeoff customers under our belt, we’re pumped to do more in the construction industry.

Team Expansion in the US and India

Now, talking about the reason it all happens- our team.

Our US team grew from 1 to 5 with the addition of RC Orlan n as Enterprise AE, Jess Volpe as Customer Success Manager, Matt Stinson as SMB-AE, and Brandon D Flynn as SMB Account Executive.?

Meanwhile, our Indian team has doubled in size. We celebrated this growth with an unforgettable offsite trip to Jim Corbett.

Leadership Updates

I am also thrilled to announce significant leadership role updates. Aishwarya Maurya was elevated to our Co-founder and VP of Product Strategy. This elevation is a testament to his result-oriented and principled approach to product development.?

SHAWN PRINCE took on the role of VP of Business Development, Shikhar Tripathi is now leading Beam AI as VP of Construction, and Raghav Agarwal steps up as our new VP of Product.

Facilitating Important Conversations?

We were happy to start not one but two webinar series. Shawn hosted experts from across the field services industry in our FuelUp Webinar Series.

At Attentive.ai, we are all about sparking conversations about how far the landscaping industry has come with tech, strategies, and diversity and diving into what lies ahead, ensuring businesses are ready for the future.

In the coming year, we hope to have even more conversations that make us the go-to resource for the field service industry.

On the same note, we’ve kickstarted a limited 7-episode ScaleUp Webinar Series hosted by our very own Shawn and Jess. We aim to help landscaping business owners and decision-makers create future-proof strategies to scale effortlessly in 2024.
