Reflecting on 20 Years

It was 20 years ago that I last worked for someone else.

In reflecting on what happened next and the last twenty years, a few things rose to the surface. This is what I would hope for all of our team members to experience, and this is what I would hope for you.

• ?Work in an environment where you can be fully you.
• Work in an environment where people are vested in helping you figure out who you fully are.
• Work in an environment that appreciates you for who you are.

It is not too different from growing a great brand.

• Own all of your uniqueness as a brand.
• Keep learning and growing in what your brand is and stands for.
• Partner with other people (clients/vendors/friends) who appreciate who you are.

THANK YOU – for every employee, client, peer, mentor, coach, vendor, and hater that got us to where we are today! I’ll give you another update in 20 years. ??
