Reflecting on 15 Years of HR Growth: A Journey of Challenges and Achievements

Over the past 15 years, my career in Human Resources has been a transformative and enriching journey, marked by both steady progress and unforeseen challenges. Through the various phases of my professional life, I have navigated turbulent waters and experienced moments of calm, all of which have contributed to my growth as an HR leader. Here's a reflective overview of my achievements in talent management, organizational development, retention, HR digitalization, and employee engagement, alongside a roadmap for the future.

Talent Management:

In the early years, I focused on honing my skills in talent acquisition and development. I established robust recruitment strategies that aligned with the organization's objectives, leading to a significant reduction in time-to-hire and an increase in the quality of hires. As I progressed, I spearheaded talent development programs, nurturing high-potential employees and implementing succession planning initiatives that ensured continuity in critical roles.
