As I mark a decade with

it's a perfect moment to reflect on why I began this journey, why I’m still here, and how much has evolved over the years.?
- Why I Joined:?I joined
Citi India
on 10th November 2014, with a simple but powerful motivation: To make a difference in how people experience products and services. The opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking, people-centered organization was exactly what I was looking for, and it’s what pulled me in from day one.
- Why I Still Do It:?Ten years later, my “why” has only grown stronger. As Head of User Experience and Design, I have the privilege of crafting products which create impact and make a real difference for our employees and users. The purpose of creating meaningful, user-centered experiences continues to fuel my passion, and every day brings new opportunities to innovate and improve.
- How Much I’ve Grown:?Over these years, I’ve grown not just as a professional, but as a leader. I’ve had the chance to sharpen my skills, embrace challenges, and continuously learn in a supportive environment. This journey has expanded my understanding of User Experience, Strategy, and the power of Collaboration.?A huge thank you to the incredible leaders,

- Promotions Earned: I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunities that have come my way, from stepping into leadership roles to eventually heading the UX team. Each promotion represented a new challenge and a chance to contribute more, and I’m thankful for the trust that’s been placed in me.?
- New Friends Made:?One of the greatest rewards has been the people. From colleagues who became my life-long friends –
