Reflect and Reset

In the last Week or so, I have shared on:

I humbly encourage the browse, read and reflect. I offer these with the thought that I will be dialing a bit back with the College Term wrapping up (papers and exams to grade for the next 10 days) and a time for my own rest, reset and reflection over the Christmas and Holiday Season. Will I post another blog or so over these next few weeks? No doubt. Indeed, we just did our Digital Coffees Roundtable, and are conducting our TUGtv Summit Show this Saturday (stay tuned).

But, for now... and primarily over these coming weeks... I will be resting, resetting and reflecting.

This Year has been one of transition for many, myself included.

Indeed, and in addition, I see 2023 as a year of considerable change for me. I work one to one, and in small and larger groups ... with Entrepreneurs, Educators and Emerging Leaders ... as leaders seeking to unite and inspire... to more effectively respond to change… and constructively create it. For me, that starts with ever grounding ourselves in our own best sense of Character, Purpose and Unity. What and who is it for which we stand and deliver? What matters most to us? Who matters most to us? What is like oxygen for us?

For me, Humans Together, Strong is my Just Cause, my Infinite Game. Working with those Entrepreneurs, Educators and Emerging Leaders who get it or want to get it... matters like oxygen for me. The needs of the world matter to me. Education matters to me. A future for us all matters to me. My reflections on my life, my country sounds the bell and beats the drum on this most evident thing... again, for me. It is my CLUB... and part of my 4 Works... for moving forward.

I now humbly invite you to treat these days as opportunity for rest and reset... and ever better explore Purpose and "know" your Works... ahead of this New Year coming.
