With a 1 in 25 chance of getting hired, people are willing to pay for this chance because otherwise, you have a 1 in 200 chance of getting hired externally. In today's world, thats to big of a difference to let it slip by.

Which sent companies who are working on its stock prices plummeting, considering many thought we were just on the tip of having it. Now can just one person make that claim and it be true?
