Team REEP Company Meeting

We’re excited to share that we recently held our annual company meeting, which brought together both REEP Equity and REEP Residential under one roof. This meeting provided a valuable opportunity for our leadership team to share our achievements in 2022, as well as our goals for 2023.

By bringing both sides of our business together, we were able to showcase just how integrated we are as a company. It’s important to us that every team member understands the crucial role they play in our success, and this meeting highlighted just that. From our newest hires to our most tenured employees, everyone had a chance to hear about the progress we’ve made over the past year and the exciting plans we have in store for the future.

At REEP, we believe that open communication and collaboration are key to achieving our goals, and this annual meeting was a prime example of that. We look forward to continuing to work together as one cohesive team to make 2023 our best year yet.

CapEx Improvements

We’re committed to providing our tenants with the best possible experience, and we believe that updates to the properties will go a long way in achieving that goal. We’re always excited to share updates and transformations with you.

?We’re excited to share exciting updates on Seville, which was acquired by our company in August 2022. As part of our business plan, we knew that we wanted to refresh the property’s clubhouse, and we’re thrilled to announce that the project is now complete.

?The updated clubhouse features new flooring, a fresh coat of paint, and updated furniture to create a modern and inviting space. We’ve also reconfigured the layout to better accommodate both our staff and our tenants, ensuring that everyone has the space they need to work and relax.

Transforming Ellis at Champions – Our team hit the ground running in December 2022 when we acquired this multifamily gem in Houston, Texas!

Our business plan included a major upgrade to community amenities – starting with a brand-new pergola! On day 1 we poured the concrete slab and completed the beautiful new addition in just 4 days. Providing top-notch amenities like this not only adds value to the community but also gives tenants a fantastic space to enjoy.

Tim Ellis Named VP of Acquisitions, Asset Management, & Development

We are excited to announce the promotion of Tim Ellis to Vice President of Acquisitions, Asset Management, and Development. In his new role, Tim will oversee three departments playing an integral part in REEP’s expansion and in the professional development of these teams.

“It has been tremendous growing with team REEP over the past three years and in my new role as VP, I look forward to expanding ventures for all of us here at REEP. I am extremely honored for the promotion and appreciate Arleen, Jacob, and all of the REEP team. 2023 will be an incredible year for all of us,” said Tim Ellis.

Heather Perez Promoted To Transaction Manager

Join us in congratulating Heather Perez on her well-deserved promotion to Transactions Manager! Heather joined REEP in June 2021 as an Executive Assistant and quickly moved up to Transactions Coordinator by May 2022. Her meticulous attention to detail and efficiency have led to successful closings on ten acquisitions, two dispositions, and one refinance.

Heather’s new role will be crucial in ensuring REEP’s continued growth and success, as she works closely with the Acquisitions and Development teams to facilitate timely and accurate closings. Her unwavering commitment, integrity, and effective communication make her an invaluable member of our team.
