REEP Equity announces the promotion of Tim Ellis to Vice President of Acquisitions, Asset Management, and Development

Today they announced the promotion of Tim Ellis from Director of Acquisitions and Asset Management to Vice President of Acquisitions, Asset Management, and Development.

Mr. Ellis joined REEP in 2019 as Manager of Asset Management and Acquisitions and was quickly promoted to Director of Asset Management and Acquisitions in 2020. During his time with REEP, Tim has been responsible for investment flow and asset management. Under his expert guidance the REEP portfolio has doubled in size – growing from 2,050 to 4,736 doors. He has also been instrumental in helping REEP take 5 properties full cycle.

REEP Equity has experienced exponential growth in the past four years and has done so with stability while building a dynamic culture. Tim’s role as VP will allow him to be more involved in REEP’s strategic growth, with continued growth anticipated in 2023. “His strong character, strategic/analytical skills, and solid moral compass make him the perfect fit to help continue to develop REEP’s culture and growth strategy through this new role,” stated Arleen Garza, Co-Founder of REEP Equity.

In his new role as Vice President of Acquisitions, Asset Management, and Development, Mr. Ellis will oversee these three departments playing an integral part in REEP’s expansion and in the professional development of these teams. Tim’s guidance will provide the additional support needed for REEP as it expands into Austin and throughout the Texas triangle.
