As we approach the end of the year, it’s natural to feel our energy waning.
November brings a series of wellbeing days from stress management to kindness and inclusivity, there are many ways we can support mental and physical wellbeing and build community as we approach the end of 2024.

Adding small and easy to integrate habits into the workplace can go a long way to helping you feel more calm and able to handle life's challenges.
National Stress Awareness Day - November 6
National Stress Awareness Day is an excellent opportunity to explore skills to better manage stress.
Whether it’s a quick desk stretch, a few minutes of deep breathing, a guided meditation or a full lunch break walk, small actions can help us relieve tension.
Celebration Idea: Host a stress-relief workshop or share resources on techniques like mindfulness and time management. Set up a “Stress-Free Zone” with calming music or quiet time for anyone needing a break.

When employers visibly commit to social responsibility, it significantly boosts employee satisfaction within the workplace.
Furthermore, research in the Journal of Applied Psychology reveals that when managers express gratitude, it leads to heightened motivation and engagement among employees.
