Redux- #2 - The Eternal Friend

He is, without question, and save my Adoring Partner Trudy, the greatest friend I have ever, ever been blessed with. And, mind you, I have some number of Earthly folks I consider to be very close friends. But, this guy is completely and utterly special in my existence...

He is Our Almighty Father’s Loving Son, Jesus Christ.

For anyone with any spiritual bent, this declaration should really be of no surprise. He is, in fact, the individual I wish to model myself after. He knows it. Trudy knows it. And Our Almighty Father The Creator of All, knows it.

Now, you know it as well. I celebrate and give Praise to his utter Magnificence!

Now, mind you, the guy really doesn’t do much of anything. Pretty much just sits around. Surprisingly uber lazy. I’m lucky if I ever get an answer from this Joker.

Flabbergasted are you that I would dare to mess with him so bad? Well, you should be! EXCEPT that we mess with each other like that frequently. I think we share a commonality in humor. Geez, it’s very likely he injected that commitment to breaking up the seriousness occasionally in me a long, long time ago.

My earliest recollection of encountering Our Eternal Friend wasn’t really all that long ago. Although it may have happened much, much earlier. And I just did not or was not able to recognize it.

Through a series of events (which will be revealed later), I found myself in the House of Our Almighty Father. Praying. The Son appeared before me and I prayed before him...and His Father.

That event pretty much sealed the deal for me...for Trudy...for both of Us together.

Besides the friendship thing, for me, I see Jesus Christ as a kind of a intermediary and facilitator between ourselves and Our Almighty Father. A conduit of sorts. Don’t get me wrong: Jesus is also very independent, knowing, protective and Loving of his own volition. It’s just that, until very recently I had not availed myself of engaging The Father. Jesus was and remains the conduit. Pretty special Guy, I’d say.

But, he doesn’t do much:

• He prays with me...and Trudy;
• We communicate with each other;
• He has given Us Communion;
• He blessed me with this insane ability to get very BIG. What’s more, he is tickled to alternately get BIG with me. His eyes twinkle.I thrive on his playful spirit;
• He miraculously reissued our Wedding Vows together for All of Eternity..in his and His Loving Father’s Holy Place. Much to Our surprise...and elation;
• He Baptized me...again;
• He presented me with the gift of wings and flight. Truth.
• Perhaps most of all, he has taken me in. With the manifesto to make me into an image of Him. (1 of only 2 Wannabe’s on my Bucket List).
• Other than those ‘trivialities’, he really doesn’t do much. Ha!!!

He protectively watches over Us resolutely. He sees our ultimate value together. He and his Loving Father are All In with Us. We are forever indebted.

We feel his Presence. As I write this, he is with Us. We don’t take His Grace and Giving Spirit lightly. Of this, we can assure you...
