I believe that the best way an organization can adopt AI and ethically transform the business is to lead with talented and knowledgeable HR folks. HR leaders don't have to be technical; they need to assure that people are trained and ready for AI. Most importantly, HR leaders need to assure that people's concerns are addressed transparently, and that employees have a say about AI transformation all along the journey. A unilateral, top-down rollout strategy is doomed to fail. DE&I policies modified to include transparent, explainable, and ethical AI is the future of HR and business.
