How You Can Reduce Digital Friction With An Employee SuperApp
Did you know that the average employee uses at least 13 different applications to perform their daily tasks?
Not only is this time-consuming and a massive productivity killer, but it also directly correlates to disengaged employees and increased employee burnout.?
With an Employee SuperApp, you can have all the necessary tools within a single platform. That means your employees can access what they need without having to switch between countless applications.
What this could mean for your organization:
And so much more!
Understanding The Power Of A Unified Search
Now that we’ve talked about how navigating dozens of employee apps can be a productivity killer for your organization, let’s discuss a far more compelling business case for the power that unifying your apps can have.?
Studies show that the average employee spends about?1.8 hours a day?searching for information, amounting to almost 9 hours of wasted time per week.

When this figure is multiplied by the number of employees within your organization, the associated cost of lost productivity is astronomical.?
An Employee SuperApp with a unified search functionality can completely eliminate these ‘time wasted costs’. Think about all of the different ways your employees could benefit by simply searching across all the necessary tools within an Employee SuperApp instead of having to go across each tool and try to locate specific information and resources.
Information that was once siloed and not searchable, and required employees to comb through email, their static intranet page, and other systems, is now all in the same place and searchable.
That means that all of your chats, files, groups, HR policies, training information, announcements, company news, and more are all accessible through a single search.?
An Employee SuperApp can significantly improve productivity in the workplace by providing employees with a searchable platform for all their tools and resources.?

How To Build A High-Performing Team
There’s nothing quite like working with a high-performing team, but successful groups almost never happen accidentally. Let's take a look into 5 ways you can build a high-performing team.
#1: Set Clear Goals
One of the biggest hurdles to building a high-performing team is having to overcome unclear goals and objectives. When team members are working toward different objectives, or don’t know definitively what the end goals are, poor communication and ineffective work are inevitable.
Before your team starts dividing assignments, take the time to meet together and make sure everyone is on the same page. Clearly define your team’s objectives and any goals or actions that go along with them. Allow people to ask questions, provide input, and start off together. Having clearly defined goals can improve your organization’s?team collaboration.
#2: Assign Roles and Responsibilities
Once everyone in the team is on the same page, it’s time to assign roles and responsibilities. Clearly defined roles prevent duplicate work from happening and give every team member a clear objective to work toward.
Take the different strengths and weaknesses of team members into account when assigning roles and try to find a good fit for each member of your team. When a wide variety of skills complement each other and come together, the best outcomes always occur.
#3: Establish Strong Leadership
Team leaders are essential for a high-performing team. Leaders keep everyone focused, on track, and working well together. A good leader can build unity within a team and encourage an engaging and productive environment.
When choosing a team leader, consider not only the person’s capabilities but also what kind of work needs to be done. Regardless of overall goals, a strong team leader should be able to: provide clear and helpful feedback, honestly address questions and concerns, genuinely listen to team members, manage any emerging conflicts, and wholeheartedly recognize and reward success.
