Rediscover your career goal (whether you are 35 or 53)
A while ago one of our students shared how he followed his heart to pursue his dream programme. ?Meet our 53-year-old student, let's call him John. He is currently pursuing our 1-year online MBA. In our intro session, he shared how he has received mixed reactions from both his peers and colleagues. But that didn't deter him from following his heart and he enrolled into the MBA course.? ?
Many people across the globe give up on their dream career or courses because of family pressure, society, circumstances and so much more. However, when all is settled it circles back to us. That dream of being a writer, starting that business that seemed so ridiculous a few days back, just starts making sense. ? ?

1. Reconnect ?
Everyone gets busy with time so it’s important to do the inner work. Dive deep inside and seek what you want to achieve.? Some goals may include changing jobs, working toward professional development, and achieving job stability. Also, your “why” is important as it is your driving force.??
2. Make space for your goals.?

Remind, visualise and ground yourself - take some time to review and plan your goals, make a vision board, and get an accountability partner to help you give attention to your goals.?
3. Boost your career goals ??
