About Japan Inbound Federation

The Japan Inbound Federation (JiF) is working on a variety of initiatives to resolve the issues the Japan's inbound tourism is currently facing, such as the declining and aging population, the lack of an environment conducive to welcoming visitors to Japan, and the shortage of international human resources to lead the next generation of visitors.

JiF is developing unique activities to solve these issues through its four main projects (International Tourism Expert Training Program, Civic Pride Development Program, Government-University Collaboration Program, and JiF Members Program), while mutually collaborating with other regions in Japan and valuing local autonomy and uniqueness.
